1.What is your MOQ ?
Usually our MOQ is 100pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.
2.Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.We usually send samples by FEDEX,UPS,TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our paypal, we will ship with our account. It takes about 3-5 workdays to reach.
3.How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc. Anyway, we will response fast to your request.
4.How long is the production lead time?
It takes 30 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
5.What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposit after order signed and 70% against copy of B/L.We also accept LC at sight.
6.Can vou produce the product as our sample?
Yes.we can,as long as you give the detailed special reauirement. or send us opiginal sample. we can obsoltely make the sample and send to you for approval
7.How can you ensure the product quality?
All incoming materials have to pass our incoming quality control before entering to our production line,the are several in process quality contro stops in our production line to control the quality.we also do 100% inspection on every finished line to control the quality. therefore, you can be assured on our best quality. moreover, we are changing our production process towards automatic control so that we can reduce the labor cost and avoid any manmade mistake
